3D Pop Art Self Evaluation

  1. What is the main idea you were trying to express in your project? What were your intentions? I wanted to base my project on kind of fun and how anything can be used to make art.
  2. What methods did you use to develop your ideas? For example, did you brainstorm, create a concept map, research, improvise, try different materials or techniques, etc? I just played around with balloons and different things around the the house till i finally put it all together. I tried making balloon figures to hang from the mobile but my twists in the balloons would not stay so it didn't work for me.
  3. Did you take risks by trying something new? Explain. I took risks of making myself deff with all those balloons  poping haha.
  4. What were some of the unexpected problems that you had to solve while you were working? I had to figure out how to make the top balloon stay on the plate because it kept popping off the top.
  5. What decisions and choices did you make to help solve these problems? I realized that tape would work to hold th balloon in place, that and my sister gave the tape idea away.
  6. What was the most interesting or challenging think about what you did? The most interesting this was when i realized how much fun i had playing with the balloons and the challenging thing was popping holes in the paper plate because it kept breaking.
  7. What have you learned from this particular project? I have learned you can truly use anything and try to use things that will stay together better.
  8. What did you do outside of class to enrich the project? I attempted many online tutorials on making balloon figures and i failed misserably.
  9. If you were to experience this project again what would you change or do differently? I would pratice more on making balloon figures.
  10. Describe a new project/activity that might grow out of the one in which you just participated? I am not too sure.
